Description Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Processing payroll for c. 1,000 staff. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll. Maintain and update payroll systems, addressing any system-related issues. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile payroll reports. Handle employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions. Generate and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documentation. Prepare payroll reports for management review and decision-making.
