We are seeking a Payment Analyst to oversee and manage the global payment processes for our PE-Backed client in the infrastructure space. You'll review and release all global group payments, and will work with key senior stakeholders across all finance departments.
Our client is a large, global infrastructure business, operating across 37 countries globally. They are experiencing a significant period of expansion, securing large-scale investment as they continue to push forward in the space.
Description
- Manage and oversee daily payment operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment processes and improve systems.
- Prepare and deliver detailed payment reports for management review.
- Develop and implement best practices for payment operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support audits by providing accurate and timely payment-related documentation.
