Description
- Payroll Administration: Processing the company's payroll using the appropriate payroll software, ensuring accuracy and timely submission each pay period. Ensuring full internal compliance with statutory payroll requirements, including PAYE, National Insurance, and workplace pension duties.
- VAT Compliance: Preparing and submitting the company's VAT returns, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with HMRC regulations.
- Bookkeeping & Internal Accounts Management: Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping activities for the company, including double-entry postings, maintaining purchase and sales ledgers, and performing routine bank reconciliations. Supporting the internal finance team with the preparation of monthly accounts, assisting in trial balance production, and contributing to year-end financial reporting. Proficient use of accounting systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.

- Available on short notice or immediately available
- Happy to be flexible with business requirements on the part time adjustments
- Able to commute to the office location (parking on site) - Twyford
- Proficient within payroll tasks (essential) - ideally within Sage
- Bookkeeping activities are also essential as this is a shared role
- Happy with part time hours
- Ideally interim to permanent!
