Our client, a charity in Derby, are looking for an immediate start bookkeeper to come in and help them for a period of approx 3 months. This is a part time role, with some flex on days and hours, 3 days per week would be ideal.

Description
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Prepare and process payroll in compliance with relevant regulations.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organisational policies.
Support the team with expense tracking.
Communicate with suppliers and resolve payment queries promptly.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.Profile
A successful Part Time Bookkeeper should have:
Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
