We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated PA to CD to provide comprehensive support to our Creative Director within our bustling Retail department. The successful candidate will have a knack for managing multiple tasks, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service, they operate in various locations across the globe. Description Providing comprehensive PA support to the Creative Director. Managing the CD's diary, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handling confidential documents and communications. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports. Maintaining an effective filing system for the CD's office. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Responding to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner. Performing other relevant tasks as required by the Creative Director.Profile A successful 'PA to CD' should have: A strong educational background, ideally in Business Administration or a related field. Experience as a PA in Fashion and Retail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Experience in a similar role within the Retail industry. Must be able to commute to North LondonJob Offer An attractive salary package of around £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, plus benefits and pension. A positive and collaborative company culture.
