Description
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
- Engineering & Operational Stakeholder Management
- Transformation & Change Programmes
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Support project delivery by providing insights and recommendations.
- Create detailed reports, workflows, and process maps.
- Work closely with the technology team to implement system enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practice
Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience in a business analyst role working in Product Development
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
- Stakeholder Management across technical and business teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
