As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the professional services industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering top talent to support business goals. This permanent role is based in Oxford and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth in the human resources department.
This professional services company is well known within the industry and is continuing to grow through acquisition. This role will support a number of offices across the South and requires frequent travel 3 days per week (2 days per week from home). Your local office will be Oxford, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a values driven people team, who have a great culture and provide themselves on the supportive environment that they've created for the team.
The Talent Acquisition specialist will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Human Resources team.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment within the professional services industry.
- Ability to travel to sites across the South - ideally by car, but public transport will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Advanced Excel skills (including knowledge of Pivot Tables) to maintain trackers.
