In this busy and rewarding role you will coordinate the delivery of outsourcing work in the north outsourcing team, focused primarily on scale-up and growth businesses. This includes ensuring delivery of quality client work, managing client expectations and helping to drive growth and commercial management of the outsourcing portfolio.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality client work, managing client expectations, and helping to drive growth and commercial management of the outsourcing portfolio. You will also play a key role in aligning with our national outsourcing agenda to ensure the team meets required service levels, complies with risk management requirements, and aligns with firm-wide processes and procedures. The role includes both project work and direct client engagement, requiring someone who can both manage a team and portfolio while remaining hands-on with clients.
Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering outsourcing services to clients
- Solid accountancy background
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PowerBI and outsourcing technology solutions knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency with various accounting packages
- Experience working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects
