Outbound Case Manager, close to Reading

  • All areas of B2C Customer Service and making outgoing proactive phone calls and follow up emails
  • Proactively manage customer cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers primarily to deal with ongoing disputes and complaints
  • Engage with customers via outbound communication channels to provide updates and gather information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case management and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case progress using company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
