Client Details Our client is a Charity committed to supporting disadvantaged communities around London, with a focus on spreading awareness and emphasising the need for accessibility in society. Description Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary. Develop operational policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Manage relationships with partners and vendors. Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure the workforce is utilised effectively. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Evaluate risk to forecast and minimise potential issues. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.Profile A successful Operations Manager should have: A strong background in operational policies, specifically within a Not for Profit organisation. Excellent knowledge of operations management and organisational effectiveness. Good understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
