This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations & Finance Manager to lead procurement, supply chain, logistics and finance functions within the fast-paced FMCG industry. The role is based in London and requires a professional with a proven track record in managing operations effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations and supply chain activities across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfilment to ensure operational excellence and service reliability.
- Drive the S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts, inventory strategy, and operational planning with commercial objectives and business growth targets.
- Develop and execute demand planning strategies across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels to maximise product availability and improve forecast accuracy.
- Take ownership of inventory management, balancing stock availability, working capital efficiency, and scalable growth across the business.
- Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships, negotiating lead times, MOQs, and commercial agreements to optimise operational performance and margin.
- Oversee 3PL and logistics partners, ensuring efficient distribution, operational scalability, and a premium customer experience.
- Continuously improve operational processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, driving automation, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across the business.
- Own cash flow management, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, providing clear variance analysis and actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly management accounts, AP/AR processes, working capital management, and expense oversight, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong commercial control.
- Develop robust financial models for pricing, margin optimisation, and growth planning, while managing external finance partners and maintaining accurate financial data within Xero.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations, Finance or hybrid role within premium consumer, beauty, or high-growth e-commerce businesses, with proven ownership of both financial performance and operational delivery.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, financial modelling, and data analysis, with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and hands-on experience using Xero or similar systems.
- Deep understanding of supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and operational scalability within fast-paced environments.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business actions and operational improvements.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset, ideally with experience in Shopify, 3PL/WMS integrations, and scaling operations within beauty, wellness, or premium consumer goods brands.
