Overview
A leading and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Okehampton is seeking an Agricultural Accounts Manager to join their team as a key addition in a pivotal support role to the directors, specialising within the agricultural/rural sector service line. The role offers career development prospects and the opportunity to carve an influential position within a highly regarded firm.
Responsibilities
Based from the Okehampton office, you will take on management and client portfolio responsibility for the delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to clients focused within the agricultural sector, across sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. You will assume increasing responsibility for developing client relationships, managing a portfolio, and working on wider advisory, planning and business services in addition to wider project work. You will manage a team and act as key support to the firm’s directors, with a clear progression path on offer.
Qualifications
For this Agricultural Accounts Manager role you may be ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualified, having developed your career to managerial levels with experience delivering accounts, tax and advisory services to clients within farming, agricultural and rural-related sectors, developed within an accountancy practice environment. A clear development and progression path on offer is desirable.
Job Offer
Circa £45,000 – £58,000 plus benefits, depending on background and level of experience.
