Michael Page HR are currently partnering with a leading organisation based in Nuneaton to appoint an interim HR Business Partner for circa 3 months, to support with a change management project. This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days onsite and 1 day at home per week.

The role of HR Business Partner will be responsible for a change management project, taking full responsibility for a restructure project including redundancies.

A successful HR Business Partner for this role will be able to start at short notice and have a proven background with similar projects.

Job Offer
