You will help the Customer Service department resolve issues promptly, so day-to-day supplier communication runs smoothly. Client Details The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Paisley. Description Receive and log supplier queries, ensuring each request is recorded accurately. Review query details and gather the information needed to support a clear response. Communicate with suppliers by phone and email to provide updates and resolve queries. Work with relevant internal teams to obtain information and progress outstanding cases. Maintain accurate records of supplier contact, actions taken and query outcomes. Monitor open queries and follow up where needed to keep cases moving. Escalate unresolved or complex supplier queries through the appropriate channels. Help keep supplier communication organised and consistent across the Customer Service department.Profile A successful 'Supplier Queries Coordinator' should have: Experience of handling queries by phone and email. Confidence in recording information accurately and keeping clear case notes. Ability to manage several open queries and follow up on outstanding actions. Experience of working with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues. Clear written and verbal communication skills for supplier contact.
