Description
- Provide cost management services across healthcare projects, with additional exposure to education and residential schemes
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Support procurement processes, including tender analysis and contractor appointments
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Prepare regular cost reports and financial updates for client teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual and compliance requirements
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally from a consultancy background, though client-side experience will also be considered
