Description
- Lead the S&OP process to align milk intake, processing capacity, and customer demand. Align outputs to financial and operational target
- Develop and execute the procurement strategy to ensure quality, cost and supplier reliability
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness
- Managing the various routes to market from a logistics perspective, ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Lead the multi-site planning function
- Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the business objectives growth and sustainability goals
- Manage and continue to develop a high performing team, with clear succession planning
Profile
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse data and implement strategic improvements.
- Knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
- Previous examples of leading and developing S&OP, improving procurement and optimising logistics.
- A degree or relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
