Description: As Head of HR you will be responsible for:
- Delivering people strategy for Business Unit
- Supporting managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
- Leading and supporting the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
- Taking the lead on employee relations and building good relationships across the business
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
- Using HR data to support decision-making
- Supporting change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
- Managing reward, benefits and recognition programmes
Profile: The successful candidate will be:
- Available immediately or with short notice
- Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
- Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
- Confident supporting and influencing managers
- CIPD L7 or similar
