The Facilities Lead will oversee the day-to-day management of facilities within an industrial and manufacturing setting across two East Midlands sites, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to maintaining a safe, functional and well-maintained environment for the business Client Details Our client are a well known waste, industrial and manufacturing organisation operating out of the East Midlands. Description Lead day-to-day facilities standards across multiple operational sites. Coordinate planned and reactive facilities maintenance activities. Manage contractor attendance, permits, RAMS and inductions. Oversee facilities defects from identification through to completion. Support compliance activities, fire safety actions and audit readiness. Monitor supplier performance, service quality and cost control. Drive improvements in housekeeping, site presentation and workplace standards. Build strong working relationships with operational teams and external service providers.Profile A successful Facilities Lead should have: Experience in facilities management. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate and manage external contractors.
