Client Details A leading organisation within the retail industry, based in Nottingham. Description Manage and optimise the property portfolio to meet business needs. Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations. Negotiate leases, renewals and rent reviews effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage property-related projects. Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective property management. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties. Provide strategic advice on property matters to support business goals. Handle property-related disputes and resolve issues efficiently.Profile Experience in property management, ideally within the retail sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
