Description
- Provide expert employment law advice across a range of employee relations matters
- Support complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and organisational change projects
- Ensure policies and procedures remain compliant with current legislation
- Coach and support managers on employment law best practice
- Identify and mitigate employment-related risks across the organisation
Profile
- You'll have a strong background in employment law, either as an Employment Law Specialist, Employee Relations Lead, HR Business Partner or Employment Solicitor.
- You'll be confident managing complex cases, interpreting legislation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
