Our Northampton-based engineering client is seeking a Finance Manager who will take full ownership of month-end processes and provide insightful financial commentary. This role requires a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and on-site work five days a week.
You will lead the finance team, oversee reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with other departments to drive business performance.
