Description- Supervise logistics operations to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Oversee the coordination of shipments, ensuring on-time delivery to clients.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory control.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any logistical issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance metrics.
