This is a varied, delivery-focused role with a broad HR transformation remit. You'll take ownership of several business-critical projects, including reviewing the organisation's contractor population and IR35 approach, implementing Right to Work changes across contractors and temporary workers, and supporting a significant business integration.

Description
Working closely with Head of HR and business stakeholders, you will lead and support a portfolio of priority HR projects, including:
IR35 and contractor governance: Review the organisation's current IR35 approach, identifying any areas requiring improvement and helping establish a robust, practical framework for the future.
Contractor estate review: Conduct a detailed review of the contractor population, identifying opportunities to improve governance, challenge existing arrangements and reduce overall cost without compromising business-critical capability.
Right to Work: Lead the implementation of relevant Right to Work changes and processes across the contractor and temporary worker population, ensuring the organisation has a clear and consistent approach.
Business integration: Play a key role in the integration of an acquired business, developing a detailed understanding of existing bonus, benefits and reward arrangements.
Harmonisation: Support the assessment and development of options for the harmonisation of reward, benefits and broader people arrangements, balancing employee experience, commercial considerations and organisational objectives. xgikmsk
