This opportunity sits within a large international manufacturer of everyday consumer products, supplying major retailers and household brands across multiple markets. The business is currently undertaking a significant transformation programme involving acquisition integration, operational expansion, digital and ERP modernisation, and organisational change, creating a unique environment where strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cultural integration are critical to success.
Reporting into executive leadership, this role will lead all change management activities associated with a complex programme encompassing business acquisition and integration, organisational transformation, ERP implementation, operational expansion, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy that ensures employees, leaders, and stakeholders successfully adopt new ways of working while maintaining performance and engagement throughout the transformation journey.
Key responsibilities include:
