Michael Page is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 6-month FTC, working 3-4 days across three sites in Newcastle and the North West. You will provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, workforce planning and change initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will help set up a newly acquired site, build relationships with leaders, analyse HR metrics, and collaborate with broader HR teams to deliver outcomes.
