Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the marketing engine running smoothly through effective administration, including purchase orders and finance processes.
- Support the field team with day-to-day administration, order coordination, and dealer needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for our dealer network, managing POS requests, collateral, portal access, and communications.
- Maintain and update the dealer portal marketing backend, ensuring the collateral is current.
- Assist in the delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer training events, bringing the brand to life in the field.
- Contribute content for social media and PR, aligned to brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Manage and respond to customer interactions across social platforms, representing the brand with confidence and clarity and following up queries.
- Support CRM management (HubSpot), ensuring data is accurate and campaigns are effectively executed.
- Provide flexible support across the wider brand activity as required.
