Description

  • Ownership of management accounts and reporting
  • P&L; management and performance analysis
  • Forecasting, budgeting and cashflow management
  • Margin and profitability analysis
  • Investment appraisals and business case support
  • Debtors reporting and credit control oversight
  • Year-end coordination and external accountant management
  • Process improvement, automation and efficiency initiatives
  • Commercial challenge and stakeholder accountability with non-finance colleagues
  • Support with wider financial planning for the founders

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong background in hands-on accounting or finance, ideally within the Media & Agency industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.Experience working in an SME environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from Β£55,000 to Β£60,000 dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in South Bristol.
  • Opportunity to be part-time for the right person.
