Multi Trade Plumber – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance East Midlands – Leicestershire Client Details Our client is a Midlands based Housing Association with a large concentration of housing stock in Leicester and surrounding areas. Description You will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied properties You will be required to carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, primarily plumbing repairs however you will also be required to undertake basic repairs in carpentry, plastering, decorating and other general building worksProfile Ideally you will have a recognised qualification in Plumbing (NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds) Previous experience working in social housing repairs and maintenance is essential Other qualifications such as; Asbestos awareness, Working at Heights and Manual Handling are desirable Full UK Driving License Job Offer Long term temporary contract Potential for permanent employment following a successful temporary contract
