Description

Coordinate product changes/formulations and updates with internal teams and customers.

Manage critical paths and milestones.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.

Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and processes.

Monitor and manage timelines for product changes to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for product changes and customer interactions.

Identify and resolve potential issues related to customer service and product changes.

Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and challenges.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

Managing stock transition between old and new products.

Profile

A successful Product Change & Customer Coordinator should have

Experience in customer service or a similar role in the FMCG industry.

Very strong organisation and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Salary ranging from £31,500 to £34,000, dependent on the level of experience.

Permanent position based in Manchester. 50% hybrid (week 1: 2 days wfh, week 2: 3 days wfh).
