Description
- Manage client accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and supporting HMRC compliance requirements.
- Assisting with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
- Supporting payroll processing and maintaining payroll- related records where required.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Provide clients with advice on accounting and finance matters.
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to client accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards.
- Monitor account performance and suggest improvements where needed.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and filed properly.
Profile
- Experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Experience of acting as a key point of contact for clients
- AAT, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification/experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- A solid understanding of professional services and client management.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£29,500 to Β£30,000, dependent on the level of experience.
