Michael Page in Marlow is seeking an L&D Manager (standalone) to lead the development and delivery of the L&D strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals.
You will conduct training needs analyses, design development pathways, support coaching and digital learning, and evaluate impact to drive continuous improvement.
This onsite role requires five days per week in the Marlow office, maintaining records and partnering with external providers to deliver learning programmes.
