As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer to build and execute long term brand strategies to help drive growth. This role requires an experienced marketer who is highly digitally-minded and has executed integrated brand awareness campaigns across an array of marketing channels to drive awareness and revenue across multiple channels.

Description:
- Oversee and manage the day to day responsibilities and activations of all EMEA marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with influencers, celebrities, brand ambassadors and external agencies.
- Drive cross functional plans for all consumer marketing functions, such as social media, PR.
- Manage creative planning to maximise Global Marketing assets and programming.
- Collaborate with the Retail and Ecommerce teams to create campaigns that help drive brand awareness in EMEA.
- Drive the connection between our Global Marketing assets and commercial product launches in the EMEA.
- Create the strategic and growth plans for indirect channels.
- Oversee the budget for EMEA Marketing activation.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising.
- Establish reporting systems and prepare monthly marketing activities packages to be shared with Global HQ.
- Manage team of 4 - in the UK and in Europe.
Profile:
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing management / brand management capacity in the retail space, ideally with a luxury / premium product.
- Experience in Startup, upcoming brands preferred.
- Proven experience in core brand management role.
- Exposure working in a global / European role.
- Previous team management responsibility is a requirement.
- Solid experience in strategy/brand development, including brand positioning and brand building activities.
- Ability to turn insights into marketing actions and recommendations.
- Must be results-oriented, organised, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Must be digital first in thinking.
Job Offer:
- Salary up to £80,000, depending on experience.
- Flexible working from office in London, with European travel required.
