This temporary Marketing Associate position in Leicester will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, digital marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business teams, you'll help drive brand awareness, business growth, and marketing performance across multiple channels.

Description:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans and brand-building initiatives.
  • Assist with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and social media channels.
  • Contribute to website content management, SEO and SEM activities, and digital marketing optimisation.
  • Create and edit marketing and communications content including social media posts, case studies, presentations, press releases, employee communications, and marketing collateral.
  • Support customer-facing events including trade shows, site visits, and key business events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on media activity, KPIs, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and external suppliers to deliver marketing objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.

Profile:

  • A successful Marketing Associate should have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Previous marketing experience gained through an internship, placement year, graduate role, or similar marketing position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events and business activities.
