We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to support our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in delivering engaging content, maintaining our digital presence, and supporting wider communications activity. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong design skills and an eye for detail who enjoys working across multiple channels.

Description
  • Create engaging social media content using Canva, including writing captions and sourcing visuals
  • Schedule and manage posts across platforms using Hootsuite
  • Design and distribute email newsletters via Mailchimp
  • Produce a range of high-quality marketing materials (posters, flyers, leaflets, booklets)
  • Update and maintain website content using WordPress
  • Support PR activity by drafting press releases as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to support campaigns and communications projects
Profile
  • Experience using Canva to create digital and print materials
  • Confident managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Familiar with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Experience updating websites (WordPress preferred)
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive, flexible team player
