  • Handle correspondence and communication in both Mandarin and English.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other documentation.
  • Support internal teams with general office duties and requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from Β£25,000 to Β£27,000, dependent on the level of experience.
