Job Description
- Prepare and process purchase orders in alignment with procurement policies.
- Track and report on supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create forecasting reports for stocks.
- Creation of shipping documents and relevant documentation for outbound.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly to avoid disruptions in operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Coordinator should have:
- A background in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
- SAP experience is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
