The Organisational Change Manager will build on solid change foundations recently built, reporting directly to the Group Transformation Director. An exciting opportunity to lead and implement true change initiatives within the FMCG industry, ensuring people, process and technology evolution and alignment with strategic goals.

Description:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support organisational transformations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify impacts and address challenges related to change initiatives.
- Design and deliver training and communication plans to support employee engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change strategies.
- Provide expert advice on change management best practices within the FMCG sector.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
