Description:

  • Support the delivery of global benefits and reward programmes.
  • Maintain, analyse, and report on benefits and reward data to inform decision-making.
  • Assist with benchmarking exercises and market comparisons.
  • Support the management of third-party suppliers and platform providers.
  • Contribute to benefits harmonisation and renewal projects across multiple countries.
  • Provide day-to-day support for reward operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior Reward colleagues on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Profile: A successful Reward and Benefits Analyst should have:
