The Organisational Change Manager will build on solid change foundations recently built, reporting directly to the Group Transformation Director. Description
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support organisational transformations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify impacts and address challenges related to change initiatives.
- Design and deliver training and communication plans to support employee engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented change strategies.
