Description
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to key stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Profile
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the Not For Profit sector.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting tools.
- A Full or Part Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACA, CIPFA, ACCA).
- The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
