Responsibilities
- Managing appeals from regulatory decisions
- Handling judicial review proceedings
- Preparing pleadings, skeleton arguments and legal submissions

Profile
- A qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX professional
- Experienced in litigation, appeals and/or judicial reviews
- Comfortable with data protection or regulatory litigation matters
