We are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation who is embarking on a significant digital transformation and is seeking an experienced Interim ERP Procurement Manager to lead the procurement and commercial delivery of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing Strategy: Shape and lead the sourcing strategy and route‐to‐market for the ERP solution and implementation partner, ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations.
  • Requirements & Specification: Support workshops and challenge business, functional, and non‐functional requirements, converting these into clear, testable tender documentation.
  • Tender Pack Development: Own the development of all procurement materials, including ITT documents, specifications, evaluation methodology, scoring models, and pricing/commercial schedules.
  • Tender Management: Run the end‐to‐end tender process - supplier communications, responses, clarifications, governance checkpoints, and timetable management.
  • Evaluation & Moderation: Lead structured evaluation of written submissions, demos, and commercial proposals; facilitate fair and auditable scoring sessions.
  • Commercial Assessment: Analyse total cost of ownership, licensing models, implementation proposals, and risk areas to drive commercial value.
