Reporting to the CFO, the role is focused on building a faster, smarter and more tech-enabled finance function to support the next stage of scale. They are looking for someone who can combine strong financial control, commercial insight and finance transformation expertise to make a real impact across the organisation.
Description
- Lead the transformation of finance processes through automation, ERP optimisation and AI tools
- Deliver a faster, more accurate month-end close and reduce manual processes
- Build and improve management reporting, KPI dashboards and rolling forecasts to strengthen decision-making
- Take ownership of bank reporting, shareholder reporting, treasury, cashflow forecasting and working capital management
- Lead, develop and elevate the finance team, creating a high-performance, delivery-focused culture
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- A proven track record of improving finance through systems, automation and process excellence
- Experience accelerating month-end close and improving reporting quality
- A background as a Financial Controller or number two in finance within a multi-site business
- Strong expertise across cashflow, treasury, reporting, compliance and controls
- The leadership style to raise standards, develop people and thrive in a fast-paced scaling environment
