Join a major Finance Separation Programme as a hands-on Change Manager. Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications and business readiness activities across a complex, high-profile transformation affecting finance teams and processes.

Description:
- Change Impact & Readiness: Conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments across finance functions and workstreams. Identify how organisational, system and process changes will impact teams and individuals. Assess business readiness ahead of key programme milestones. Develop practical solutions to support successful adoption.
- Stakeholder Management & Engagement: Build strong relationships across multiple levels of the business. Develop stakeholder maps and engagement strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address resistance. Work with Change Champions and Leadership teams to drive buy-in and adoption.
- Communications & Training: Create engaging communications focused on 'what this means for me'. Develop change toolkits, guidance materials and supporting documentation. Support training design and delivery activities. Help colleagues understand and transition into new ways of working.
- Change Delivery: Design and execute tailored Change Plans. Monitor progress and report on change activity. Manage readiness plans and transition support activities. Gather feedback and adapt change interventions where required. Ensure change activities remain aligned with programme objectives and timelines.
- Benefits Realisation: Track adoption and behavioural change. Measure effectiveness of change activities. Support the organisation in embedding sustainable improvements.
Profile:
Essential Experience: Proven Change Management experience within large-scale transformation programmes. Experience producing and delivering: Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Maps, Change Plans, Communications Plans, Business Readiness Activities. Experience supporting finance-related change initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience working across multiple workstreams simultaneously. Ability to operate effectively in highly complex environments.
Highly Desirable Experience: Finance Transformation Programmes, Separation or Carve-Out Programmes, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operating Model Transformation, Organisational Design Change, Business Transformation Programmes, Working alongside consulting partners or equivalent organisations.
Job Offer: Salary dependent on the level of experience. Hybrid Working arrangements. 12-month FTC.
