Description
- Partnering and building effective relationships with the property department to help understand what is driving their activity.
- Working with the Finance Manager to deliver high quality monthly management accounts.
- Providing commentary and variance analysis to inform decision making for operational budget holders, managers and directors.
- Supporting budget holders to develop robust budgets.
- Assisting Budget Holders with scenario planning, and financial modelling.
Profile
A successful Finance Partner - Part Qual should have:
- A finance professional who is driven to improve services and self-motivated.
- A part qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) with experience of writing commentary explaining key variances.
- An effective communicator who can provide financial advice and guidance at all levels.
- Strong excel skills - VLOOKUP's, Sumifs, Pivot Tables.
Job Offer
