This is an excellent opportunity for any finalist/part-qualified management accountants to work in a highly autonomous role where you will be trusted to run the full end-to-end cycle for month end, working closely with the Group FC and providing key insights to investors & senior stakeholders across the business. You will be tasked with improving the monthly management accounts, and trusted to implement new controls and processes to speed up the reporting process.

Our client is an ambitious PE-Backed property management group that is investing and scaling rapidly across Central London; it is a truly exciting time to join the business as they plan for an eventual exit. You will be part of a wider team build and will gain invaluable exposure to investor relations, with large-scale M&A being rolled out over the next few years.

Description
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies effectively.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Part-qualified management accountant, with clear month-end improvement experience.
  • Previous experience within the property & real estate industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong Excel & manual reporting skills, with an ability to collate and understand information across the business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
