Prepare monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals).
Maintain fixed asset schedules and calculate depreciation.
Produce monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
Manage ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Post daily cash receipts and reconcile with eCommerce platforms.
Perform weekly bank reconciliations.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
