As a Japanese speaking VP within the Transaction Banking Promotion Team, you will play a central role in expanding the bank's cash management and transaction services offering across EMEA. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving deposit growth and transaction banking profitability across an assigned portfolio.
- Understanding end-to-end client business flows and promoting cash management solutions including bank connectivity tools, interface solutions, FX, and deposits.
- Partnering closely with front office teams to cultivate new customer relationships and capture transaction opportunities.
- Acting as the central point of contact for queries from clients, front office, and back office, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Representing the team in internal meetings, sharing updates and insights with stakeholders across planning, product, IT, and operations.
- Leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the client experience across the Transaction Banking platform.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the relevant language requirements which in this case are fluency in both English and Japanese, this is non negotiable. The ideal VP candidate will bring:
- Strong experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking.
- A track record of managing corporate client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence across departments.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with international cash management tools and digital connectivity solutions is highly advantageous.
Language Requirement (Non-Negotiable): Full business fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) is mandatory. Candidates without professional-level Japanese language capability will not be considered at this time.
