A Not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Permanent Talent Development Partner to join a newly created team and function. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and improve the performance management process and appraisal process
  • Develop and embed talent frameworks
  • Support managers with succession planning
  • Identify high potentials and critical roles
  • Shape the talent, performance and leadership approach across the organisation
  • Support managers with performance conversations and with the new appraisal process with a goal setting approach
  • Design and deliver new talent processes
  • Build and develop leadership capability
  • Deliver leadership programs and interventions
  • Develop and implement talent interventions to help identify, develop and retain talent

Profile:

  • Previous experience of designing, delivering and embedding talent and performance management processes and initiatives
  • Open to sector background: multi site / property / retail experience desirable
  • Proactive and passionate approach to develop and retain talent

Job Offer:

  • Up to £58,000 per annum
