Description

As the Studio Manager / PA you will do the following

  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling and diary management.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Assist with document preparation and filing for property-related projects.
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks to meet business needs.
  • Profile

A successful Studio Manager / PA should have

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including email and calendar management systems.
